Preparing for Competitive Exams during Lockdown
If you wanted to take a year break to be more ready before you attempt, you have been given a chance. We do not know if it is going to be year yet, but you sure do have a good chance.
Taking a year break allows you to be more prepared before you appear for the exam. However, we can quite clearly know that we would be sitting with our juniors when we are back to academics. Several students have found it an ordeal to distribute the effort to both the board and the competitive examinations simultaneously.
Certain students have been in a preparation course which has lasted for a few years already. They are likely to be done with the basic syllabus of the exams but are to still pursue the goal. The goal is probably brought much closer by the long term effort but you are not quite there yet.
However, the ones who couldn’t focus in the competitive exam preparations now have a chance to achieve considering that the board exams demand minimal time effort. If you choose to work hard, it is now absolutely possible because of the almost no hindrance to your focus and a lot of time that is your disposal.
Whatever you have done has been done. You may be satisfied or maybe not enough. However, hard work brings great promises. Now that you have time, you are capable of shifting your positions in all the rank lists you ever wanted. Here there’s a catch - this is applicable to the whole population around you. Irrespective of what you were and your projections of you potential and capabilities, the situation is right now is hidden. Right now, you do not know where you stand. Everyone is running a race in which you will not know how much your competitors have accomplished. Your best chance of winning is striving to better yourself.
